Shipping Policy
At A2Z Corp. getting every order to our customers is a priority. Orders received before 4pm PST (California Time) are shipped the same business day. Delays may happen when we have overloads or if we run short of stock.
We utilize U.S.P.S. for all orders foreign and domestic. We do not pad shipping costs. The $2.50 handling fee on every order is to cover the cost of packaging material and labor. Shipping costs are calculated by U.S.P.S. and are based on the weight of the shipment and the distance to the destination.
For all MMS overseas orders, we only offer the option of USPS International Priority or Express. We do not use Fedex or UPS because of the high cost.
It does not matter whether you place your order online or over the telephone, orders are numbered sequentially and the shipping department takes them in sequential order.
The delivery driver may leave the package at the front door. If you live in an area that is not safe, you should have your package shipped to someone who will be home to receive it.
